Stop & Frisk / Investigative Detention Course

This one-day course provides the most comprehensive legal and tactical overview of one of law enforcement's most viable and valuable police functions, the investigative detention or Stop & Frisk. The presentation focuses on the two most crucial topics facilitating such a seizure; the critical legal foundations for the stop and the tactical procedures directed toward officer safety and effectiveness during the encounter.
