EXPERT WITNESS SERVICES:
Professor Connor has served as an expert witness in both State and Federal courts on such subjects as use of force decision-making, policy design and development, law enforcement strategies and tactics, jails standards and practices, etc.

He is available for consultation, case review, deposition and/or courtroom testimony per request.

POLICE IN-CAR VIDEO REVIEW AND ANALYSIS:
Professor Connor has begun another service to the law enforcement community; review, analysis, evaluation, and summation report of police in-car videos.

Each videotape submitted will be fully reviewed, expertly analyzed as to "patterns and practice" criteria, evaluated in terms of training and tactics, with a written summation of police patterns.

This comprehensive, cost-effective method of examination can identify weaknesses in officer training and tactics, prevent areas of potential litigation, etc. without unnecessarily overburdening supervisor personnel.
